Students at this Costa Rica surf camp can take any one or two courses per week with programs going anywhere from 1to 4 weeks. Everyone goes on a waterfall hike and a turtle egg laying tour (in season). Two, three and four week students are also offered a zip line canopy tour or a horseback riding tour. College credit is available. Seriously, college credit for going to a Costa Rica Surf Camp! Why didn't I have this in college?
Visitors stay at the small, family-owned hotel, La Cascada, built into the jungle, next to an awesome waterfall and across road from the ocean. The open air yoga studio and restaurant are gorgeous and sitting in a hammock on the beautiful beaches is a nice way to unwind after a day of surf.
