Crate Training Puppies
I had a very cute Jack Russell and he simply loved his crate, at times if something scared him, he would be inside it in a flash. Many people are of the opinion that keeping your dog within a crate is cruel, when in fact it is the opposite. They just love the security on the confined space of a crate, but care needs to be taken to make sure they aren't left inside the crate for too long, as they will not like it when they need to get out for their business.Part of training a dog should be to crate train them. If your dog is full grown or still a pup you can do some training that will help them to love their own crate, which will then make life for you and your dog a whole lot easier. Why Crate Train many people ask? Like we mentioned before after your dog is used to the crate they will feel safe and secure in their crate. The crate training will also be handy when the day comes where you need to take your dog to a vet or travel somewhere with them, you simply load them into the crate they are used too. A crate is a big help too when it comes to house training your dog. If you are a frequent traveler, it makes sense to consider getting a crate to train your dog early. It won't happen often, but if you ever need to fly anywhere the crate will be very handy as your pup will already regard his crate as his safe little house. Traveling will be easier when your dog is used to a crate.
