Create Superb Muscle Mass Building Workouts In Only 4 Steps!
1 - Take your warm up before exercise seriously. It helps you prevent injury and get you physically and mentally ready for the main workout. The blood can rush around your body to the muscles and your heart rate can increase. Please do not arrive at the gym and walk straight to the squat machine. Instead, get on a cardio machine like the treadmill, cross-trainer, bike or rower, then do some warm-up strength-training sets with much less weight on, before progressing to the main sets. The warm up before exercise should become as much a habit as the rest of your workout. 2 - Make sure you monitor your muscle mass building workouts with a journal. Take it with you every time you go, and make it a habit to write down everything you do each workout, from type of exercise, to weight and number of repetitions and sets. Then you can increase the weight slowly over time, and see the progress for yourself.
