Create The Life You Deserve
Be that as it may, it is always possible to elect to take a new path; to start off in a different direction. The predictable doesn't have to be the only option. With reasonable caution, we can opt for a change in our life by simply applying a change in attitude. We have the freedom to take steps that will completely alter our life or create a new one. It doesn't even have to be a major step. It can be as simple as going to school and getting an education in a field that interests us. Whatever inspires you to redirect your life, make sure you create a plan that you can adhere to. Try to consider all predictable contingencies and include remedial steps to stay your course of action. The important thing is to focus on the end result. Surround yourself with reminders of the goals you strive to achieve. If your goal is an education, imagine what it will be like when you have that. You'll have a better paying job with money to afford a better life. Hang up a few pictures that represent the things you'd like to have; a new car, travel to beautiful or interesting places, respect from family, friends and community, pride in achievement, a new home. Whatever inspired you to change your life should be reflected in a way that's within your sight every day. If you would like to be able to afford a new home for your family, do some preliminary research on the type of home you'd like. Imagine living there and how happy your children will be having a great home with parents who are educated and respected. Imagine how inspired they'll be. If travel is your goal, put pictures on your computer screensaver or refrigerator. Create a savings account that you make scheduled deposits in to save for your travel. In your plan, you may want to make several intermediary goals along the way, plateaus you can reach that will reinforce your vision to the final goal. Once you achieve the lesser, intermediate goals, your confidence will soar and the feasibility of your plan will be realized. You'll become more committed to achieving your ultimate objective. It's only through hard work and dedication that you will achieve your goals. Nobody can do it for you. Your perseverance is your biggest weapon against failure. If you want it to happen, it will. Success is only a reflection of your commitment to yourself. If you can look in the mirror and commit to yourself, you can create the life you deserve.
