Cruise Holidays: My Summum Bonum Is The Food

I get on a cruise line for the food it serves. My summum bonum reels round food and my happiness compounds when I sit at the table to have food and wine with all my close friends and relatives. I believe that, when having food there can be no time or menu restrictions. I will have my choicest dishes whenever I feel, I like to have. But, I consider that on a cruise, red wine fits to go with all eating occasions. When I choose my cruise holidays, I usually ask what is special on the menu, and how many hours is the cruise kitchen open to serve my choicest delicacies.

Of all the cruises I traversed, I found Holland America Line to be too memorable for a complete food and drink experience. I have really enjoyed my cruise vacation that was enriched by delicious and innovative menus across a broad range of dining venues. What I liked most is their lovable hospitality. It may be having a casual bite poolside or the longer and formal five-course affair at the classic main Dining Room, my food experience was truly memorable. I can conclude outright that the taste and quality of food is very high. I think Holland America Line stands unique by putting notable emphasis on serving dishes made out of freshest produce and the highest quality meats and sea foods.

Accolades to the cruise's wine stewards who have the experience and expertise in pairing perfect wine with every dish. I really enjoyed having my choicest red wine in the company of my friends and business associates. Most exquisite was the abounding charm of the Pinnacle Grill. But, I equally enjoyed having my dinner in the luscious setting of the private veranda. I agree with a fellow cruise holidaying guest that the food and wine experience compounds when set in a congenial ambience promotes a niche talk, and a wrap up that creates call for action.

Notably, I am very particular about the food served on cruises, when it comes to my kids. This, I found is most often overlooked. At the outset I check with the cruise, whether they serve food that is liked by kids or not. I also check with the cruise staff whether the food served for kids is already included in the base price that was paid for the cruise. When with my family, I usually prefer to have an open seating arrangement, and rarely opt for assigned seating. I like to enjoy my cruise holiday along with my family, and have food together with no botheration of time and menu restrictions for adults and kids.
