One day, somebody is going to become very rich. Some developer is going to find out a way to successfully re-grow hair that is going to be cheap, reliable and easy to use. So unless you have a spare $10,000 to splash out, you will probably have to try the current methods until hair loss products improve.

Hair pieces have improved in quality greatly. If you want to go for this option, it is best to get a really good quality wig from an expert maker who will design one for your particular need. You have to have confidence that your hair piece can withstand some blustery weather and it has to be the correct fit. Obviously a hair piece is not a permanent remedy but it will surely make you more comfortable in some social situations.
