Cycling Training During The Winter

You had a year of bicycle tours, training or competitions. The challenge is to keep your physical condition during winter. The day is shorter, the weather does not allow long trips, end of year destroy our body with foods that abound in the tip of the iceberg lies the stress accumulated during the year.

For a balanced person all these problems disappear if you are a well-established. Winter is great for eliminating stress, increase strength, improve technique, increase mobility, etc.. Stretching! Cyclists have problems when it comes to flexibility. Yoga or simple stretching exercises will help you a lot. Like any other field should start with light exercises in the early days and to increase intensity over time.

Skating is perfect for this time. Besides that help you unwind certainly going to benefit from the effort to move on ice.

Do not forget to use proper clothing and you properly hydrated.
