Drututtan Padasana – Lie down on your back keeping both your hands sideways at the ground. Now raise both your legs slowly up to 90 and then downwards, without touching the ground. If you have backache, high blood pressure, or heart problem, do this exercise by one leg only. Ekpad Vrittasana – Lie down straight.
