Do not eat unhealthy food such as fast food and junk food. Consume more fresh fruit, vegetables, organic and natural food, which are good for our health and stay away from nicotine, caffeine and alcohol.

It is definitely well-worth your efforts to try out these DON'Ts and you will see the difference on you, be more confidence and happier. It needs your to be consistent and patient when dealing with anxiety.
