Depression Can Be Symptomatic Of Life In An Imperfect World

You have lost your appetite or you overeat•

You are constantly irritated or become easily enraged•

You find it difficult to concentrate, remember details and make decisions•

You have thoughts that life is not worth living, or have a plan for• how you would end it (seek help immediately if this is the case)
