Given today’s societal conditions, a mental and physical state of depression is highly probable. Thanks to the pressures and demands of society, work, family, individual, etc such conditions are very easy imbibed into a person. Depression is nothing but complete indifference with a tinge of temper and frustration that attack the human mind and make it absolutely chaotic. It is a serious condition that leads many cumulative issues including mental and physical diseases. One very quick way to react such a thing is to take to medication to cure such a condition. · Headache, nausea and other common problems do exist due to these medicines, but then the probability of adversity in such cases is high.

· Also problems like insomnia, agitation, etc are also caused because of this problem.

Basically, anti depressants or depression medication is something should be substituted to natural techniques like meditation and breathing. These techniques are known to cure problems like depression from the deepest roots possible. So all you have to do is invest in learning one of these techniques thoroughly and then get down to doing them effectively to see to it that you do not require any medication to deal with problems like depression. Medication will only further complicate the issue, so it is wise to be aware of all the alternative ways to combat such a serious problem and deal with it effectively to make sure that it is completely cured. If you have no such problem, then you are in a better position. Begin your meditation practice to see to it that you will never be struck by such a mental condition.
