For women, the suggested protein quantity is 46–50 grams per day, and for men, the quantity is 58-60 grams per day. If you eat smaller quantity of protein, you may feel tired, and it could lead to anemia and malnutrition.

Fat is also one of the important diabetic foods . The fats provide a kind of fuel for the cells. You can get fats from peanuts, olive, fatty fish, whole grains, etc. so, it must be recognized that diabetic foods are very important for us. The proper quantity of diabetic foods is also very essential in this regard.
