Over the Counter or OTC Diet medications are probably the fastest rising sector of the weight loss industry. These pills are however, categorized as diet supplements instead of diet medications and are usually unregulated. There is also the so called herbal diet medications which were extracted from herbs and plants.

Aside from the positive effects of these diet meds, there are also adverse side effects a user could encounter on the onset of using the pill which could include diarrhea, tremor, nervousness, bulging eyes, racing heartbeat, elevated blood pressure and even heart failure. There’re also several side effects of diet medications that work on the digestive system like diarrhea, unexpected fecal discharge and oily stools among others.
