• Lunch: The diet of diabetic needs to consist foodstuffs such as green leafy vegetables, fish, whole cereal grains or white meat.
• Evening time breakfast: It may consist of biscuits, vegetable soups or fruits.
• Dinner: A person may have the same food for dinner as had during the lunch. However, dinner has to be relatively lighter.
