The upper school Program is for children who are at grade 11 and grade 12. Students are required to take Hebrew in order to fulfill the foreign language requirement. Students may opt for both Hebrew and Spanish. Bible, Ethics, Nach, Jewish Advocacy, Tefilah and Talmud comprise the bedrock of the Judaic Studies program. Through the Study of Sacred Text, in union with classroom discussions, students build up the knowledge, skill and values. Hillel believes Upper School students must reach these skills in order to deepen their commitment to Judaism, the Jewish People and the State of Israel.

The primary aim of the examinations conducted by the International schools is to test the knowledge not the speed. The system followed by the organization is also very different from the rest.
