Discover How To Firm Up Sagging Neck Skin

Have you read about this recently? A little known skincare company in New Zealand started out trying to learn how to firm up sagging neck skin. Their research and development group was looking for natural anti-aging solutions, in general. But, what they found could mean miracles to those of us that have lost some firmness and elasticity over the years.

Before I get to the recent "discoveries", let me first say that your diet and lifestyle affect the skin's appearance, as well. It has even been shown that supplementation of specific nutrients increase the skin's firmness, to a certain degree.


You are probably aware of some of the health benefits of omega 3 fatty acids, but were you aware that taking a daily supplement might be how to firm up sagging neck skin. Researchers did a little experiment and found that daily supplementation with 1000mg of fish oil, rich in omega 3 fatty acids, increased the skin's firmness by 10% after three months.

Now, 10% might not be enough for you and the new discovery promises to increase it by as much as 42%, in as little as two weeks. But, even the new discovery is tied directly to good nutrition.

There are many of us that believe we can delay the signs of aging and extend our lives by striving for excellent nutrition, instead of the minimum daily requirements. Of course, we have to do that without increasing our caloric intake; otherwise we would decrease the health benefits by packing on the pounds. So, the only way to do that is through supplementation. You see, the outermost of the skin's layers gets its nourishment through a process called diffusion. The process is slow, at best, and it slows down, even more with age.

The natural rejuvenation processes create new cells to replace damaged ones. They thicken the skin's layers by building more cells and fibers, gluing them together with amino acids. Thicker skin is less likely to wrinkle and less likely to sag...simply because it is tighter.
