Social problems - pressure at work, financial problem or insufficient income, family issues, and other social impacts are factors leading to stress and depression, the source of physical, mental and spiritual illnesses. Those issues do not automatically cause disease, but if they are intense or persistent for some time, they can result in serious mental and physical problems. In left untreated, depression can lead to suicide, the third leading cause of death for young people aged 15-24 according to US Department of Health and Human Service.
Physical Inactivity – did you know healthy diet and medications alone cannot reverse heart disease and high cholesterol? You can eat all the good foods on earth and still develop heart attack if you do not exercise regularly. Some people ignore the power of an active life in the prevention of heart attack and many other medical conditions such as cancer, the scourge of our times. In the prevention of disease, nothing is more effective than regular physical exercise.
