Do-it-yourself Natural Eyesight Correction Exercises

I would like to introduce you to some eye exercises that I do regularly to help maintain and improve my eyesight has done a lot of wonders for me and obviously these exercises have also done a lot eye health improvements for other people as well. These exercises may be new to you but they have existed for a long time. Too bad not a lot of experts promote these exercises. Some of these exercises might be familiar to you, some of them might not but these exercises are easy to do and in no time you can experience to benefit of natural eyesight correction. Anyway, without further ado, here are the exercises:

Eye palming


A very easy and a common one, but I think only a few people do this regularly. I used to hate doing this but after a few encouragement from eye experts I decided to just get into this. You can start off by firs rubbing your hands again see each other until they feel warm and then gently cover your eyes with your palms. By the way, keep in mind that you don't put too much pressure on your eyes or you might hurt them. Do this for like five to 10 minutes, two times a day. You should feel relaxed during and after doing this natural eyesight correction exercise.

Sunlight Viewing

It is a common knowledge that if sunlight can be good for your eyes provided that you get the right amount of it. Sunlight helps your eye's active by aiding in blood circulation and temperature maintenance. And also, there has been a research that exposing your ice to sunlight(just not too much) helps your body feel energetic and healthy. Now to proceed with the exercise, begin by going outside exposing yourself to the sunlight. Close your eyelids. Look up directly to the sunlight right through your eyelid this. Occasionally rotate your head side to side so that your peripheral vision can also be exposed to the sunlight.you can do this exercise for at least three to five minutes.

Eye Focus Swinging

This is something you can do every time your eyes feel like they are kind of getting blurry or tired. This is simply done by focusing your eyes or vision on an object preferably a distant one. While maintaining your focus on the object, slightly the swing your head from side to side so you can force your eyes to stretch their vision. This provides a soothing stretch for your eyes. Blink your eyes while swinging your head to lubricate your eyes. do around 50 to 80 swings.

Do these simple natural eyesight correction exercises regularly and after a few days you will experience improvements on your eyesight.
