You can even see pictures and sometimes video clips of the rooms and the views and accommodations available.

It truly is an excellent convenience when you're trying to make up your mind about spending more money for a view that you might not even be certain is worth it. Another great thing about being able to find and compare these rooms online is that you can even find reviews from other customers online. Getting a genuine review from a person that has actually used the hotel and stayed the night is an invaluable tool in making up your mind.

As long as the review is honest and all of the reviews trend towards the positive, you are more than likely going to have no problems. There will always be 1 or 2 issues, which is something that can't always be avoided. But as long as the hotel took care of the issues and resolved the problems in a timely and courteous style, then that's a good sign that they will take care of you.
