There are some companies with online chat support, but most of the time, they are either not online or they take a very long time to reply you. What is even worse is that they are not contactable at all!

This is extremely important if you business is your website. I am sure you do not want your website to be closed unnecesarily. There are many web hosts around with a bad uptime and it causes your website to be offline frequently.
3) Bundled with Cpanel, Reasonable web space
When you look for web host, you want one that provides you with good web space and features. The best is to get one with unlimited domains as you might need more than 1 domain.
4) Affiliate
There are several web host which provides affiliate scheme. Meaning you get to earn a certain percentage when you refer people to join them. Who does not want to earn extra money?
5) Coupons
Do a search online through Google. Some web host have ecoupons. With the coupon code, you will get a small discount off the usual price.
Before deciding on a hosting company, do some research first to ensure their credibility. Ensure that their support is excellent as they try their best to solve your problems. Start by asking them questions through the live chats.
