So the best way that you can perform this internal cleanse is to be drinking lots of water in order to be able to release any excess build up of toxins from within the body. Toxins are the reason for the majority of spots appearing and if you are able to help reduce the level of toxins from within your table then it is likely that you are able to reduce the number of spots appearing on your face.

As well as drinking lots of water you can also make changes to your diet that will also have an impact. This will mean avoiding foods that possess very little nutritional value. It is important that you are eating fresh fruits and vegetables. As well as these you should also be eating nuts that are high in Omega-3 and to be drinking sufficient levels of fresh juices that you have prepared yourself.

When you have decided what changes you are going to make you then need to be able to implement those changes with effect. For instance breakfast is not going to help you because your body is already in a natural cleansing process from midnight to noon, so by eating during this time you are in fact disturbing this process. The ideal thing that you should have for breakfast is nothing more than a glass of fresh fruit juice or some water.
