That may actually sound harsh, face it, the statistics show that nine and half people out of ten are never going to ever see any success, or at least any long term success in this industry. It is like any other out there. For example. The majority of people who get their real estate licenses are never going to sell a home, a condo and most don’t have the skill to rent someone an apartment.

The power of this industry is all in your mind, put everything to the side, the money, the fame, the relationships, pretty much everything that you ever hear about and take a look at yourself. Take a hard look in the mirror and actually be honest with yourself. Do you have what it takes to be a leader to thousands, if not tens of thousands of people.

Having the right mentality means you will do whatever it takes to be successful. You will do whatever it takes gain the knowledge and the skill to help the ones who truly want to be success, how to get where they want to be. Without gaining the personal knowledge first, you don’t stand a change in people believing in you enough to want to work side by side with you to success.

You have to have the mentality that you are powerful, that you can conquer the world, that you believe in yourself enough that you and only you are in charge of your destiny. If you believe enough and put forth the real effort, you will find the success that you are looking for.
