Does Adsense Make Sense To Your Blog?

I personally believe in not depending on any single source of income for my livelihood. However, Adsense is a very good form of advertising income for any blogger. However, there are few bloggers who don’t use it.

Well, it’s a personal choice. However, there are few areas where Adsense makes more sense than any other advertising tool.
1. Niche

It is really interesting and challenging to find out how difficult it is to find profitable and income generating advertising models for blogs with very tight and focused niche TA. It is rather sensible and large scale model for such blogging.

2. International TA

Where is your TA located? With globalization of third world countries, it could come from anywhere in the world. If most of your TA is outside North America, Adsense is a very profitable advertising model with the deep pockets of advertisers and audience coming from all over the world. It is mutually beneficial for advertiser and audience. That’s how it is beneficial for you as the internet publisher as well.

3. The sophistication and simplicity of the Adsense model

When you set an Adsense model on your blog, it provides very sophisticated choices of:
Type of the ads: contextual and blog-specific
Ad formats: Video, Image, Text, Adlink and Referral ads
Payment options
Once you read through it in detail and choose your options well, you can almost forget about it till the payment date. Don’t forget to check your account at that time. But mostly, it’s there. They haven’t exactly succeeded on this scale with unhappy blogs, websites and advertisers leaving them for the better advertising models.

4. No pressure test

Advertising models do have the conditions of their own. Yet Adsense is one of the good quality ad networks on internet that comes without strings attached. You can combine it with other tools. You can start using it without any conditions on the traffic. There is a huge pool of advertisers available. So this model is pretty much pressure-free model that can be put up pretty much in a same breath as you begin the blog on the internet.

The advertising model, be it Adsense or any other, is suitable to your blog on the basis of your visitors than anything else. More you know your TA, the better model you would choose. Adsense just happens to be easy and compatible advertising model among all of them.
