The cold winter weather poses many challenges to safe driving. The problems may range from the condition of the car to the condition of the driver. Additionally, the wiper blades should be cleaned and checked to ensure that they are working properly since they are very vital in the cold weather. The slippery road in winter calls for more caution with brakes. Thus, it is advisable to triple the distance separating one’s car from the leading one. For safety purposes, it is wise not switch lanes, but in case one must do so, he or she must slow down, indicate and then move over unhurriedly. It is advisable not to park along streets as poor visibility may lead to multiple collisions.
