Duplication Is The Way To Keep It Simple In Mlm

Network marketing is all about duplication. If you manage to duplicate really way it doesn’t have to be a complex business to run and to grow. Here are a few tips on how to grow your team very quickly using effective duplication and simplicity.

Make sure that each and every one of your downlines is properly equipped for network marketing. In order for them to grow, and to avoid doing everything by yourself, you need to create a system that people can use to facilitate the duplication process. This needs to be a proven system for your downlines to follow, otherwise they will become confused. Creating a system to follow doesn’t have to be difficult or expensive, you can simply hand out books, CDs or DVDs to your downlines. Providing they are all following the same proven plan it will work like a dream and you will be saving time and money. You need to ensure that everyone is doing the same thing all the time.


KISS is a well-known acronym that means Keep It Simple Stupid. When you keep your system foolproof then it can’t fail but be successful. Network marketing is designed to be simple. Think about why McDonalds is so successful all over the world. It is because it’s designed to have a flawless system that is completely easy to replicate. You must design a way to replicate your own effort and make this the backbone of your business. The simpler the system, the easier it will be for everyone to follow and achieve results.

Another method that is important when it comes to duplication and growth is the 80/20 rule. What this means is that usually only 20% of people will actually get on with it and do the work. Don’t worry about the other 80% who refuse to do anything about their business – they simply don’t want success badly enough. If you spend time on this 80% you will be wasting your time and efforts – time and effort you could be spending on the 20% who want to work hard and do well. Teach them to remember this rule, because you only want your leaders to focus on their 20% instead of chasing people who are not willing to work hard.

When you learn to put into place good processes of duplication, and to teach other people how to successfully duplicate too, ensure that you don’t leave your newly-trained leaders to fend for themselves. In network marketing it is said that after you have trained down three levels of leaders you should be able to leave the group to run themselves. But only you can make this happen by using duplication and simplicity to put the systems in place. Remember, it is your business, not your upline’s or downline’s business. If you manage duplication properly network marketing doesn’t have to be a complex business to run and to grow.
