Air Bike: For this post-natal exercise, begin with your back flat on the ground and raise your opposite arm and leg at the same time and touch your elbow to your opposite knee. Repeat back and forth on each side. This is a great ab strengthener and calorie burner, two things that are important to women who have had babies. If your weight makes you unhappy after you have your baby, you'll need to do something about that. You'll be glad to know that these tips are easy enough to do whenever or where ever you want to do them.
