Eight Simple Steps To Weight Loss For Your Wedding
1) Make a plan. By now you should be good at planning, so let's put that new found skill to work. Pick a time schedule that you can stick to for your workout. Start with at least 3 days out of the week that you know you can commit to. Now pick the time, do you have more time in the morning or after work? 2) Find someone to work out with. The buddy system works because you have someone that will hold you accountable. 3) Commit to at least 3 hours for the week. You can work out 1 hour a day for three days or 30 minutes a day for 6 days, just be consistent. A routine that incorporates resistance training and aerobic exercise will create a symmetrical look for your body. Don't just try to work on your trouble spots, because you will wind up looking out of balance due to overcompensation. 4) Exercise with intensity. Don't just show up, give it your best effort and the results will come. Remember, the more intensity you put into your workouts, the quicker you will see the results. 5) It is good to set goals, just make sure you have the time for the goals you set. In other words 30 pounds in 30 day is unrealistic. Having said that, it is very important to not be attached to the out come, but rather focus on the activity. When you focus on your actions instead of what it will be like when you get there, you will get there with better results. 6) Keep tabs on what you are eating. Have a wedding weight loss journal and keep track of what you eat during the day. Most brides-to-be make healthier choices when they write down their food intake. 7) When you start to see your results, be careful not to give in to slacking. This has been the cause of so much digression with brides-to-be trying to loose weight. Once they start to see results, they slack off and start replacing their workout time with more wedding planning. They key is to stay on track, and do not let a little bit of success pull you off your track. 8) Enjoy every bit of the process. This is a special time in your life and you want to look and feel your very best. A good mental attitude is everything, so do it with joy.
