Electric Cloud® And Coverity® Announce Software Integrity Partnership
San Francisco and Sunnyvale, Calif. – Coverity®, the software integrity company and Electric Cloud®
the leading provider of software production management (SPM) solutions, today announced a partnership to help companies improve the integrity of their business-critical software. This partnership will help joint customers leverage the full benefits of the Coverity Integrity Center and the Electric Cloud solution to get the deep visibility required to ensure software integrity by identifying issues early then managing and accelerating the entire software production process.
The Coverity and Electric Cloud software integrity partnership is designed to help joint customers:
* Decrease costs by identifying and fixing software defects and inefficiencies early in the software development lifecycle when they are most cost-effective to eliminate * Speed time to market by reducing the time it takes for developers to identify and fix software problems and accelerating the entire software build, test and deploy production process * Eliminate risk by ensuring that products do not ship with invalid components, security vulnerabilities, or quality defects that can cause costly recalls

Customers using Electric Cloud and Coverity have accelerated software production cycles by as much as 4-to-6 times compared to previous software production rates without the combined solution.
