Enjoy The Delicious Turkey Dish


Requirements for cooking salmon:
1) Butter- two tablespoon
2) Dried tarragon-one tablespoon
3) Dried marjoram-one tablespoon
4) Mustard seeds-one tablespoon. The mustard seeds should be crushed coarsely.
5) Course salt-two tablespoon

8) Orange –one. It should be diced into four.

10) garlic-one. The garlic should be unpeeled. And then it must be divided into two parts,
11) Celery stalks-two. It must be diced into two inch length
12) Thyme sprigs- three in number. They should be really fresh.
13) Sage sprigs (fresh) – two. (Optional)
14) Orange juice-one cup
15) Dijon mustard-one tablespoon
16) Chicken broth (low salt) – five cups
17) butter-four and a half tablespoon
18) Minced onion- three fourth cup
19) All purpose flour- three tablespoon
20) Gala apple- one. The apple must be properly peeled and cored. Then it should be cut into small pieces.
21) whole milk- one and a half cup
22) Chicken broth (lesser in salt content) – one cup
23) Apple cider only three fourth cup
24) Bay leaves- two. The bay leaves must be torn into big pieces
25) Dijon mustard- one tablespoon
26) Mustard seeds- one and a half tablespoon. The mustard seeds must be coarsely crushed.
27) Fresh sage-one and a half tablespoon.

2. Cooking Directions
How to cook salmon with sauce (saffron mussel)
- Firstly turkey is cooked. For cooking turkey mix butter and dried tarragon in a large mixing bowl. Then to it dried marjoram and mustard seeds. One should keep in mind that the mustard seeds must be crushed only 50 % not finely. Now add Course salt and grounded black pepper to the bowl and mix all the ingredients properly.
- Now the next step involves washing the turkey properly. The turkey must be rinsed inside out properly. Now put the clean turkey inside a large rack for roasting. Now add salt and pepper to the turkey. The turkey should be properly marinated with herb butter inside out.
- Next step is preheating the oven at three hundred and fifty degrees Fahrenheit. There are two ways of cooking turkey. One is by either stuffing the turkey or either by leaving it unfilled. In case one is not stuffing the turkey then fill its cavities- the main one and the neck) with orange quarters, garlic, thyme sprigs, celery & sage sprigs.
- The procedure for stuffing the turkey is stuffing it with the help of a spoon in both the cavities. If stuffing turkey, spoon stuffing loosely into both cavities.
- Now mix the orange juice & Dijon mustard. Mix them in a mixing bowl. Now pour this mixture near the turkey. Now keep the turkey for roasting in the pre heated oven. Roast for around forty five minutes.
- Now add the broth to the pan and then the pan juices. Roast it again. The turkey is now well cooked.
- Now the next step of preparation. One needs to prepare the gravy for the dish.
- Melt butter into a large pan. Keep the flame low so that the butter does not dry away. Add diced onions to the pan. Fry for some time so that the onions turn light brown in color. Now add flour to the pan. Now add all the remaining ingredients into the sauce pan and cook them properly. Now add pan juices to the pan. Boil the contents properly. Now thicken the gravy to a great extent. Now add salt and pepper to the pan.
- Now serve the turkey with gravy and serve hot.
