Enjoying The Amalfi Coast - Italy

The Amalfi Coast is one of those perfect places in Italy. It’s alive with romance and intrigue. You might be familiar with one of its coastal towns, Positano. This town has been featured in various movies and is a picturesque place to visit.

The Amalfi Coast spans a nice size area. Some of the coastal towns you can visit are: Positano, Veitri sul Mare, Scala, Ravello, Praiano, Atrani, Amalfi, Maiori, Cetara, Furore and Conca dei Marini. There’s a lot to do and see here.

Whether you’re into sun and fun, finding small local shops, bar hopping or enjoying nature and hiking, the Amalfi Coast has it. That’s why it’s been official named as a World Heritage Site.

Since this area is a nice size and tricky to navigate, you might consider taking an Amalfi Coast tour. No sense in ruining a perfect Italy vacation by trying to transport yourself from place to place. Let an Italian do it.

While I won’t recommend any particular travel service in this article, there are plenty of Amalfi Coast tours out there. And most are custom tailored too—there’s romance, hiking, private tours and so forth.

Positano is a great place to stay. They have two world-famous accommodation spots there—Le Sirenuse and Il San Pietro. You can’t go wrong with either of these two places. Most Amalfi Cost tours you find will likely schedule a half day to one full day excursion to Politano.

If you didn’t plan on visiting the Amalfi Coast during your next Italy vacation, perhaps you might want to rethink that. It’s a wonderful place that will leave you with many memories.
