A collision is something you'd never want to be involved in while driving. It might not sound as big a deal as a plane crash or a nuclear explosion, but did you know that car collisions are one of the top reasons for human deaths every year? Think about that next time you try to drive home without wearing your glasses or else fall asleep behind the wheel.

In general, a collision refers to an isolated event where two or more objects exert strong forces against each other for a short amount of time. The time when the two bodies meet is called the point of impact.

Imagine your foot kicking or football, or a sharp curve ball hitting the baseball bat. In collision, the faster the two objects are traveling, the harder the force of impact upon collision. Now apply this on the road and you'll come up with this conclusion: head-on collision is one of the deadliest forms of road traffic accidents.

If ever you got into a situation that ended in a collision with another vehicle, first thing you need to worry about is finding a good auto collision center, and then worry about your collision coverage. Collision coverage should shoulder all your expenses minus the deductible. If you don't have collision coverage, you might end up paying the repairs in full.

What you should do is make sure you're in good shape before you get behind the wheel. Check the car too, and make sure everything works fine. This is your best bet to avoid getting into a car collision accident anytime soon.
