Before you begin to apply the lotion on yourself, you need to wash the acne affected area on the back with a mild soap and dry it completely. Then you need to apply the alpha hydroxyl lotion and let it dry. You need to apply generous amounts of the lotion and let it dry on to the skin. Using two applications at a time would be ample. After the lotion completely dries then you should apply moisturizer on the skin. While getting treated for bacne it is advised that you wear loose clothes which don’t touch your back and also avoid using things like a backpack or tight clothing.
