Exercise Routine - Building Biceps Everyone Envies
Ever dream of having huge biceps? Then follow my building biceps routine. It is a very simple bicep building routine that will help you build huge arms that everyone will envy.
Three exercises that will help you in building biceps.
1. EZ bar curls
The EZ bar curl will add the mass you want to your biceps. You must do this exercise hard and heavy, but do not cheat use perfect form.
2. Dumbbell concentration curls
I love doing concentration curls; my biceps feel so pumped after doing a few sets of these.
This will add that thickness in you're lower biceps.
3. Seated alternating dumbbell curls
If you do this exercise right your biceps will explode with growth. You must use a bench with a back. This exercise really demands perfect form but works very well.
Three rules that will help you build huge biceps.
1. Always Use perfect form, never cheat or swing the weights.
2. Hit your biceps one to two times a week, but never work them again until the muscle soreness is gone you're biceps are still healing if you are sore.
3. The most important rule. Every workout add weight to the exercise and use perfect form.
Here is one of the building biceps routine I use.
Monday and Thursday
Ez bar curls
3 sets of 6 to 8 reps with 2 minutes rest between sets
Dumbbell concentration curl
3 sets of 10 to 12 reps with about 30 seconds between sets
Seated alternating dumbbell curls
3 sets of 8 to 10 reps with about 1 minute rest between sets
If you feel over trained cut back on your sets or just cut back to one day a week, let your body tell you how you feel. Just make certain you do not over train or you're biceps will never grow.
Try this building biceps routine for 30 days and you will see huge growth.
