Get motivated Why do you want to ditch an old routine and get into a new one? Is there a goal you want to achieve, such as losing weight, or saving up for a holiday? Start Changing Slowly If you’re attempting to make a big change in your life, then it’s best to start making changes slowly, don’t try to change every little thing that you do straight away, as this will give your system a shock, and make you more likely to give up. If you want to save money, start by putting a small amount away each month, and then gradually increase it. Don’t scrimp and save in order to put away big amounts, because that will make you more likely to cut into your savings in order to buy everyday necessities. Reward Yourself If you worked hard in order to achieve something that you want, then you should reward yourself for all the effort you’ve put into achieving that goal.
