Fast And Sustainable Weight Loss Is Possible
There are several forms of sugar, but you don’t have to memorize a long list of names. All you have to is to look for words ending with "-ose", like sucrose, glucose, lactose, maltose... They are all different forms of sugar. The closer the -ose is on the list of ingredients, the more there is sugar in the product. If the word is closer to the end, the amount of sugar is possibly lower, but make sure there are no other forms of sugar in the product. In some labels all the different sugars have been listed separately, but if you add all the sugars up, you will see that the product is actually another high-sugar product. Another thing to be cautious about are foods which have been marked "sugar free". They are often free of sucrose but can still contain other forms of sugar. Once you have decided to reduce the amount of sugar in your food regime, start by weighing yourself and measuring your stomach and thighs. That will make it easier to follow your progress. Then you are all ready to go and start a new, sugarless life! Measure yourself again first after one week and then after two weeks of dieting and see where you are. If you don't see a difference, you will have to reduce the sugars even further. When it comes to your metabolism, carbohydrates are also sugar. Start paying attention on your carbohydrate intake. Most people start to lose weight when they keep their carbohydrate intake around 60 grams a day, but you will have to do some experimenting to find out what is your optimal carbohydrate intake. Keeping a food diary helps. As mentioned earlier, it takes some efforts to get started with a carbohydrate conscious lifestyle, but it really is worth it. You are worth it!
