Yes, it seems so.
Recent studies on fat and food suggested that there are indeed foods that burn fat when you eat them. These foods have the capacities to melt fat and make it easier for your body to flush it out.
However, don't jump the gun and think that once you've eaten these foods, you'll be spared the hard work and agony of exercise. You won't. Period.
You still have to go for the combo of exercise and healthy diet, to combat the bulges.
