'fat Burning Furnace' Review - The Truth

The 'Fat Burning Furnace' system by Rob Poulos is based on the idea that it's possible to spur your metabolism into action by eating good foods and doing the right exercises. This results in the ideal state for your body to burn-off calories and fat.

This 'Fat Burning Furnace' review is designed to give you the facts necessary to see if it feels right for you.

'Fat Burning Furnace' – The Good

Pro: A Detailed, Sensible Weight-Loss Program.

Mr.Poulos has approached the subject with an in-depth, common sense attitude to losing weight. Whatever your fitness level, the 'Fat Burning Furnace' system has workouts for you. Even if you haven't exercised since you were in college, you can begin slowly and progress to more advanced routines as you get fitter.

The program comes with scientific back-up. If you gain more muscle and ditch some fat, you will increase your resting metabolic rate, because muscle tissue burns more calories than fat tissue. Put on some muscle, and your body will become a fat-burning furnace even while you rest.

Pro: Workouts are Short, but Effective.

'Fat Burning Furnace' has an appealing line of attack when it comes to to exercise. They ask you to do straight forward strength training for 20 minutes a day, 3 or 4 times a weekly.

You only have to do one set of every exercise, but you do them very slowly to maximize the resistance and create a much more efficient workout. There are exercises for all of the muscle groups, so your whole body feels included.

There isn't a long, boring cardio session in sight with the 'Fat Burning Furnace'. Poulos says that, rather than slogging it out on a treadmill for an hour, short strength-training sessions give you a more efficient cardio workout.

Pro: You Can Get Optional Upgrades.

Deluxe, Ultimate, and Blowtorch are the names given to the three levels of The 'Fat Burning Furnace'. I went for the Ultimate level because it appeared to be the best value, but the Blowtorch upgrade comes with two hours of videos of Poulos going through the exercise routines so you are able to see them done properly. It's advisable for rookies to ease their way up gently from the basic, through the intermediate and advanced levels before attempting the Blowtorch level.

'Fat Burning Furnace' – The Bad

Con: There Could be More Information About Specific Foods.

At its core, this is really an exercise program. Poulos has done a top job of explaining the principles of nutrition, but he doesn't spend much time on what to eat. We get wonderfully detailed exercise guides, however in the nutrition department we are left with a lot of choices. Could be good, could be bad.

You'll receive nutritional guidelines and recipes for a few sample meals, plus links to other recipes.

Con: Sales Pressure Can Get Tiresome.

A 'Fat Burning Furnace' review would be lacking if it didn't come with a brief qualification. The opening 24 pages of the book are dedicated to convincing you of his good sense and his ideas. Okay there, but you also get several attempts to push ProGrade food products. If you can ignore this, then the program is very good.

'Fat Burning Furnace' – The Bottom Line

The author goes into profound detail about the effect nutrition and exercise has on the body. I'm happy to announce that he is opposed to fad diets, and he lays many dieting myths to rest that were long past their use-by date. This plan is suitable for anybody who has a damaged metabolism through years of on-again-off-again dieting.

So now let's take action, Plan Your Work and Work Your Plan

All the very best and good luck to you.
