The product which comes in the form of a book,videos and podcasts is one of many products that Ray has released. The fat to fit workout plan is different from Ray's other titles. This is in the sense that it is aimed at people who are looking for a more general fitness programme that covers all of the topics of weight loss and fitness as a pose to one specific section. Because of this the guide cover's a wide variety of topics including nutrition, motivating yourself for exercise, varying fitness plans and dietery intakes.

Although the Fat to fit workout plan provides more than sufficient information this guide is not going to be for everyone. The reason I say that is for one reason of motivation. The Fat to fit workout dedicates a whole chapter to motivating yourself and taking action when it comes to exercise and changing your lifestyle, and Ray Burton makes it clear that if you can not motivate yourself then this workout plan is probably not going to be the best approach for you. For some people the best option will be to hire a personal trainer for that extra motivation.

The Fat to fit workout plan does make a substantial effort throughout the whole length of the couse to motivate the reader with real life examples of some of his students acheivements compiled from his years of teaching fitness to army colleagues and personal clients.
