Feel Like A Fatty? 3 Workouts Just For You!

Feeling like a bit of a fatty? I've got three workouts that will strip the fat off of you and leave you with a good base to start a serious workout routine. These workouts are guaranteed to get the sweat pouring and start shedding the fat from your body.

Give them a try, guaranteed to change your body from fatty to fabulous. They are all centered around interval training routines and will start to build some lean muscle mass while stripping your body of the fat that is weighing it down currently.

Fatty Workout #1

Perform Exercise in an Interval With Minimal Rest in Between

Push Ups x 15
Cardio Interval x 2 min
Chair Dips x 15
Cardio Interval x 2 min
Walking Lunges x 15
Cardio Interval x 2 min
Squat Jumps x 15
Cardio Interval x 2 min
Reverse Crunch x 15
Standard Crunch x 15

Fatty Workout #2

Full Body Weight Training Workout, Use a Weight That You Can Preform 15 of Each of the Below Exercises With 30 Seconds of Rest In between
Chest Press x 15
Bent Over Row x 15
Squats x 15
Lunge x 15
Bicep Hammer Curl x 15
Tricep Skullcrushers x 15
Ball Crunches x 15

Go through this routine at least twice preferably three times.

Fatty Workout #3

Do this workout outside and work on doing the entire routine with no rest. Then rest for 2-5 minutes and repeat 3 to 5 times.

5 Minute Stretch Bodyweight Warmup
Lunges - 10 reps/leg
Side Lunges - 10 reps each direction
Butt Kicks - 25 yards
High Knees - 25 yards
Arm Circles - 20 reps
Trunk Twists - 20 reps
Side Bends - 20 reps

Here are three workout guaranteed to get you started in the right direction. Try to do each of these workout at least once a week and when you are ready work on changing your routine to more a more advanced workout. These fatty workout will turn you from fatty to fabulous!
