Feels Like Home
But then again, when you are staying in a hotel you should feel like you're on vacation, whether you're on a organization trip or actually on a vacation. Little things are often the difference between repeat organization and a one night stay. And that is one of the biggest challenges in the hotel organization, to get individuals to come back again. The way to do that's to make the guest feel comfortable and appreciated with little things that they wouldn’t normally expect. These little things that are unexpected, but usually very appreciated, are the kinds of things that make men and women want to come back for more and to tell their friends and families about. When somebody has a good experience they are willing to share it with men and women that they care about, but when they have a bad experience, they are even more willing to share it with everybody that they know.
