Female Bodybuilding Tips For Champs

I'm going to share with you some of my female bodybuilding tips that are designed and used by champs. I've been doing this for many years and I've competed in many competitions and there is one underlining philosophy to doing this. You need to make a daily routine out of these tips for the best results.

9hrs of sleep: You're going to need to get a full 9 hours of sleep a night. There is just no way around it. Most people, due to the stresses of life, never get the necessary sleep needed. Your body needs this sleep done to get major muscle repair done. If you're only getting 6hrs a night, that means a significant portion of your muscles aren't getting repaired at that pivotal time. As well, not getting enough sleep will slow down your body functions. You'll notice you'll have a harder time losing weight.


48hrs of muscle group rest: You're going to be working out a lot every week, but you can't over due it. Over doing it is the most detrimental thing you can do. I know in just about everything else, if you want better results, you invest more time, unfortunately in this case you're destroying your body. It takes up to 48hrs to completely repair muscle tissue, so that means you have to wait that length of time.

Meals more often: You're going to have to start eating every few hours. This is to make sure you are getting the necessary nutrients to your muscles. There is also the added benefit of having your metabolism stimulated, so you burn more calories.
