Female Muscle Mass Tips

I'm here to give some of my female muscle mass tips that can help you put on muscle as a female. It's tough to do this for anyone, let alone a female. I've been training at this for almost a decade now and it seems like I learned most of the things that work in the just the last few years. There is a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to putting on muscle and it's pretty sad. The other hard part is that it requires a huge amount of determination. You have to know what you're doing, but you have to have the will power to apply it day after day after day. That's the key to success in this sport.

You're going to need a diet to achieve any sort of female muscle mass. As females we don't produce as much testosterone as men, so we have to take advantage of other things to help us put on the necessary muscle mass. Diet is definitely the most important part. Once I started focusing on it, my results started to greatly improve. The littlest things work too. Like, instead of eating your regular three meals a day, just eat smaller ones more often. Easy, but so effective to providing your body with the nutrients to build muscle.


Lastly, you need to start working on compound exercises. These are the ones that work huge portions of the body, rather than a few small muscles. The best ones out there are deadlifts, squats and bench press.
