As a strong entertainment source, festivals deserve high quality trophies from recognized companies. However, to be able to emerge as the winners, a team has to put more effort to their performance. This means that the team leader has to acquire various ways of achieving success in their performance. It also means that you have to convince the people with whom you are entertaining that you deserve the best and therefore you have to acquire better skills of winning.
