Filing The Way It Should Be: Easy
File folders can be put on the top of a desk style Rolodex and also can be placed in a cabinet. In that way, you can use the new system as you please. Important documents can be filed as needed for easy accessibility, file folders, blueprints, even wedding certificates and so on. Books or important documents may need your immediate attention. Important files will always need to be easily accessible so if you need them, you know exactly where to find them. When you finish a project, and the paperwork is complete, file it away where you can find it quickly if needed. Remember, you don't have to keep all this paperwork forever, so take stock of what you may need indefinitely and discard the rest.
