Find Solutions For Your Troubles

May be you’ve already guessed that a few students wants to study Mathematics. If there are 25 students in a class, just about 5-10 of them are interested in learning Maths. The main reason why the rest dislikes it is that they do not have a favor in learning the subject.

Thinking in the same way, our life is not full of beautiful things, even there are more difficulties than easiness. However, luckily we can overcome troubles by brainstorming to find solutions. In our daily life, we can be amazed by someone who always carries her smile on the face. We may wonder why she can be calm like that. Doesn’t she have any troubles in life? Yes, she does. She is similar to everyone else. She must deal with inconvenience everyday. So is what her secret? We will find out in the followings:

a. Try to remove uncertain thoughts in our mind and keep in a positive mood. This is a fundamental priority so that our mind can be active to find a solution for our problem.

b. Consider a trouble as a lesson to improve ourselves better.

c. Do not waste time on blaming or complaining on your bad destiny. Remember that no one is more perfect than you. We are the same. So, try to cope with difficulties without annoying other people.
d. d.Analyzing the problem deeply and give alternative options to solve with. The most feasible choice will lie in the most probable effect.

e. Write down your uneasy feelings on your diary if you can’t hold on.
f. Keep this act as a hobby whenever you meet with bad lucks.
g. When your are too tense, stop working for a wile and playing instead. You can watch an interesting film or go shopping or meet friends. These activities will create a good effect in the long term.

These above techniques are solutions to improve your mood when meeting obstacles, now is the direct answer to deal with a problem.
1. Draw out the primary cause of your hassle. When you get troubled, firstly ask your self why that happened.
2. After finding the reason, think of a strategy and routine to solve with problems step by step.
3. Maintain your passion to correct your errors.

4. Examine the whole context of your fuss and note down your faults so that you will avoid them later.

Troubles appear when you do not accept your restriction and work negligibly. Once you realize your limit, you can cope with your problem and better you later. Don’t detain yourself in a room when you meet bad luck. If you can not reach a desirable thing, learn to accept the case. By this way, you will free you from anxiety and feel more comfortable. There is another room for you to step in called “betterment”
