Fitness Mantra For Today’s Times: Watch What You Eat And Work Out Regularly

• Don’t diet or fast as that won’t help in weight loss and you might feel sluggish, irritable and lethargic because there is certain amount of calorie intake that is required for regular and normal functioning
• Be more active and indulge in physical activities like walking, cycling, playing games outside, gardening, snow shovelling etc.

A healthy lifestyle not just means getting in shape to have a physically fit body but also a healthy and fit mind and in order to attain these its important to watch what we eat as that has a direct impact on our well being.
