Five Easy Tips To Help Fight Acne

acne is a very common skin inflammation worldwide and plenty of people usually turn to conventional drugs with harsh side effects to treat their problem. However, you should know there are all natural and simple things you can do to help eliminate pimples.

So, here are five tips to help you become acne free:

Tip #1 – Drink Plenty of Water
This is one of the easiest ways to start your fight against acne. By drinking at least 8 glasses or more of pure water per day this will keep you hydrated and help flush any toxins out of your cells.

Tip #2 – Eat A Healthy Diet
Consume fresh fruits, whole grains and vegetables, preferably organic but only if your budget allows. This would not only make you healthy but it would also bring you one-step nearer to helping keep your skin clear.

Tip #3 – Wash Your Face
Wash your face twice daily, but no more than that as over-washing will irritate the skin more and will make acne worse. However, under-washing will also cause your acne to increase.

Tip #4 – Avoid Touching Your Face
Never, ever touch your face as the germs from your hands can aid acne in spreading, and do not squeeze the blemish either doing so can cause scarring.

Tip #5 – Don’t Exfoliate Your Skin
Always gently cleanse your face with a mild cleanser and never use any type of scrub on your skin, as this will cause acne to flare up.

So, now you have five tips to help you get started to better, clearer skin and maybe a healthier lifestyle too.
