Five Questions That Help You To Find Out Your Rhythm

Once a marathon runner was asked: "What do you think about when you run such a long distance?" And he replied: "While I'm running, I'm thinking how to breathe correctly and properly put my foot." Rhythm is his way to win. His rhythm lets him focus on really important things, and forget about the unimportant. In time management rhythm has the same role. When you have your own rhythm, you focus on your goal, as runner focuses on his breathe. If you know your rhythm you know when to do more important activities and when to have a rest. These five questions can help you to find your rhythm:

1) How long time each day you can work with the highest level of productivity?

2) How long breaks you need have a rest?

3) How many breaks you need during the day?

4) What is the best time to work for you during the day?

5) How many days or weeks can you work in this rhythm?

When you find your rhythm it will be easier to plan your days, weeks, months. Everyone has his own rhythm, some people work hard in the morning, some in the evening. It is not good or bad. It is your way to plan your life. If you want to change your rhythm do it step by step, because it is really hard for your health to change your lifestyle quickly. Rhythm is really important. Don't forget about it, and your time management skills will increase.
