Did you know that most foods that are labeled as "low fat" and "sugar-free" are actually full of other bad ingredients that cause you to store fat? You need to stay away from all the processed foods and start eating fresh, healthy foods that are packed with fat burning ingredients.
2. Ditch the ab machines. These don't work either. Women are especially vulnerable to these advertisements that promise you a lean sexy stomach in no time. The only way you will get to your goal is through high intensity fat burning exercises that cause a metabolic surge great enough to burn calories and get you lean.
3. Stop doing hundreds of hours of cardio. Cardio is good, but too much can actually have an adverse effect on you fat loss goal and cause your metabolism to slow down. This will cause you to produce more fat and gain weight along your mid-section.
