Fly Healthy With Airline Health Tips

Thirty thousand (30,000) feet up isn't a very comfortable place. It's cold, it's dry and it's concise on oxygen. If you happen to be at that height (in an airliner, I believe!) you won't remark these little troubles because the airline is pleasant enough to afford a tepid, pressurized chalet. Nevertheless not everything is hunky-dory, even inside a chalet, comfortably reclined in your first genre seat. If you fly you're definite to encounter some of the harms many flyers have been moaning about for existence: headaches, dry mucous membranes, plugged ears, engorged feet and dehydration - not to mention colds and the fresher warning of SARS. Staying strong while flying has become a priority.

• Take ordinary walks around the cabin.
• Take a baby aspirin (with your doctor's OK) before the flight (to evade clotting).
• Carry a launder towel to dress over the seatback.
• Bring your own blanket.
• Use a hand sanitizing gel frequently.
• Use a sterile towel to clean usually touched areas around your seat.

The air up there may not be very hospitable but it doesn't have to be a threat. Following these tips will help you avoid most common strength-related complaints and dwell healthy in the air.
